DJIA Has Now Been In Decline for One (1) Year

It was one year ago today (10/9/2007) that the DOW set an all-time closing high of 14,164.13. Today the ^DJI closed at 8,579.19 and is now down -39.43% from that all-time closing high.

The DOW’s all-time, intraday high on occurred two days later on October 11, 2007 when it hit 14,279.96. The DJI index has now been in a decline for 1 year.
