SOLR - GT Solor Intl. IPO Opens for Trading

Today (07/24/08) SOLR - GT Solor Intl. priced 30.3 million shares at $16.50 (middile of its $15.5-17.50 initial range) and opened at $16.50. Its shares are currently trading at $14.71, down $1.79 (-10.85%). Lead underwriters were Credit Suisse and UBS. GT Solar manufactures equipment used in the production of photovoltaic wafers, cells and modules and polysilicon.
