VRS - Verso Paper Corp. priced 18.8 million shares today at $12.00 (below its $16-18 initial range), opening at $10.25 and closing a t $10.00. Lead underwriters were Credit Suisse and Citigroup. Verso Paper is a supplier of coated pap to catalog and magazine publishers.
