Microsoft Offers $44.6B for Yahoo!

I sell Yahoo! the other day and take a position in Microsoft, boy did I get that wrong. So today YHOO is up 50% and MSFT is down $1.50 pre-market. I think if I owned Yahoo! shares today I’d be looking to get out at the first sign of weakness or sell into strength because you don’t know what Yahoo! is going to say.

You know, I guess the 50% gain will be well received by shareholders. Maybe this will be the real deal. What do you think…
