Today (07/18/07) SGLP - SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. IPO priced at $22.00 (above its $19-21 initial range) and opened at $29.89. Its shares closed the day at $29.32, up $7.32 (+33.27%). Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. was the lead underwriter. SGLP - SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. provides gathering, transporting, terminalling, and storage of crude oil in the Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas regions. This one will definitely be added to the e-s-i watch list.
