Portfolio Update: Gave MSFT the Boot

Dropped MSFT and added GOOG. MSFT is such a laggard. I hope I have the mix right this time. Still need to add some more PVADX.

Current holdings - AAPL, FDG, GOOG, MVIS and PVADX.
