AVAV - AeroVironment, Inc. (Makes variety of small unmanned aircraft systems the army uses for surveillance. Goldman, Sachs & Co.  was lead underwriter.) priced Tuesday (01/23/07) at $17.00 (above its initial $14-16 range) and opened at $25.00. Its shares closed today at $23.93, up $6.93 (+40.76%).
