Cisco Sues AAPL - Apple, Inc.

Today Cisco sued Apple after they failed to make an agreement with them on use of “iPhone” yesterday. That’s probably why they are down $0.70 in after-hours trade.

Personally, I’d use some other tricky name and let them deal with the fact that they don’t have or sell the Apple product.
