Power Has Been Restored

Not wanting to spend too much time in the cold house we came back home late tonight, hoping the power would be on but not getting our hopes up to high. Luckily, this night we were greeted by the sight of christmas lights and the driveway light.

Although it took four days to get power back, we are so thankfull to the crews that are working around-the-clock to restore power to the 700,000 plus homes and businesses affected by the latest (and worst) power outage in quite a while.

Tonight PSE (Puget Sound Eneregy) said they have restored about 500,000 of the 700,000 customers who had lost power. They will probably not get everyone restored until late this week.

Earnings, stock split and IPO data should be up-to-date by tomorrow night and will do a quick IPO update post tomorrow on the issues that were missed on the blog.

Hope you have as joyfull start to the week as we are having with power being back on.
