EVEP - EV Energy Partners, L.P. priced today (09/27/06) at $20 (middle of its initial $19-21 range) and opened at $20.10. Its shares closed at $19.75, down $0.21 (-1.05%). EV Energy Partners is a natural gas and oil production company which operates gas wells in the Appalachian Basin, primarily in West Virginia and Ohio, as well as in northern Louisiana. The company has proved reserves of about 45 billion cu.ft. equivalent of natural gas and a million barrels of oil.
