ACCI - Asset Capital Corporation, Inc. (http://www.assetcapitalcorp.com) Asset Capital is a self-managed real estate company that invests in and manages commercial real estate in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. The company owns about 10 office and medical buildings and plans to grow by opportunistically acquiring, redeveloping, financing, managing and disposing of commercial real estate properties. Asset Capital expects to sell 9.25 million shares in the $9 - $10 range. Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. is the lead underwriter.

BGH - Buckeye GP Holdings L.P. (http://www.buckeye.com) Buckeye GP Holdings owns Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P. The holding company makes all of its money from its general partner interests in Buckeye Partners, which is involved in the transportation, terminalling, and storage of refined petroleum products across the US. Buckeye Partners owns and operates one of the largest independent refined petroleum products pipeline systems in the US, with 5,350 miles of pipeline, serving 17 states. Buckeye Partners also operates 2,100 miles of pipeline under agreements with major integrated oil and chemical companies. Buckeye GP Holdings expects to sell 14.1 million shares in the $19 - $21 range. Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the lead underwriter.

OSIR - Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (http://www.osiristx.com) Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. focus is to commercialize stem cell products from adult bone marrow. The company’s Osteocel is used to regenerate bone, and is the only commercially available product containing stem cells in the US. The company also has three drug candidates which are also based upon human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) one of which (Prochymal) has earned fast-track status from the FDA. Osiris Therapeutics expects to sell 3.5 million shares in the $11 - $13 range. Jefferies & Company, Inc. is the lead underwriter.

RFID - Alien Technology Corporation (http://www.alientechnology.com) Alien Technology makes low-cost, high-volume radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags using its Fluidic Self Assembly (FSA) manufacturing process. FSA allows for large quantities of small components to be placed on a surface during a single operation. The company also makes readers used to detect and track the tags and a battery-powered backscatter system. Its products are used in a variety of applications which include inventory management, logistics, anti-counterfeiting, supply chain management, security systems and vehicle asset tracking. Alien Technology expects to sell 9.0 million shares in the $10 - $12 range. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. is the lead underwriter.

SCA - Security Capital Assurance Ltd. (Website not found.) Security Capital Assurance is a Bermuda-domiciled holding company whose operating subsidiaries provide credit enhancement and protection products to the public finance and structured finance markets throughout the United States and internationally. The company was spun off from XL Capital as a result of the latter’s potentially slipping AAA rating in late 2005. Security Capital Assurance expects to sell 22.44 million shares in the $21 - $23 range. Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the lead underwriter.
