(http://www.alphatecspine.com) Alphatec Holdings, through its Alphatec Spine subsidiary, makes a variety of products primarily for the spine fusion market in the US. Its FDA-approved product line includes spinal implant systems consisting of spinal spacers, screws, plates, and other components. Alphatec Spine focuses on selling its products to about 15,000 US surgeons and additionally sells spine fusion and orthopedic trauma devices in Japan. Alphatec Holdings expects to sell 9.3 million shares in the $13.00 - $15.00 range. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the lead underwriter.
CLUB - Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (http://www.mysportsclubs.com) Founded in 1973, Town Sports International Holdings is a fitness club operator which owns and operates about 140 full-service health clubs with about 350,000 members. Town Sports International Holdings expects to sell 10.0 million shares in the $16.00 - $18.00 range. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the lead underwriter.
CTCM - CTC Media, Inc. (http://www.ctcmedia.ru) CTC Media is a Russian entertainment network which broadcasts entertainment programming through its CTC Network, Domashny Network, and 18 owned and operated TV stations. CTC Network is one of the top national broadcasters in Russia with an audience of around 100 million viewers and broadcasts through more than 300 affiliate stations and cable outlets. The CTC Network principally targets 6-54 year-old viewers and the Domashny (’Home’) Network principally targets 25-60 year-old female viewers. CTC Media expects to sell 29.42 million shares in the $16.00 - $18.00 range. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated is the lead underwriter.
LUNA - Luna Innovations, Inc. (http://www.lunainnovations.com) Luna Innovations researchs, develops and commercializes cutting-edge technologies in the areas of molecular technology and sensing. Lunas molecular technology materials focus on enhanced performance characteristics and they have developed contrast agents for MRI testing, nanomaterials used in solar cells, and protective coatings. Their sensing technologies are used in medical monitoring equipment, as well as wireless and fiber-optic monitoring systems for defense and industrial instrumentation. Luna Innovations, Inc. expects to sell 4.0 million shares in the $11.00 - $13.00 range. ThinkEquity Partners, LLC is the lead underwriter.
QTRX - QuatRx Pharmaceuticals Company (http://www.quatrx.com) QUATRx Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company, is focused on discovering, licensing, developing and commercializing compounds in the endocrine, metabolic and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. The company acquires compounds in the pre-clinical stage from other companies and academic institutions and takes them through clinical studies. QUATRx Pharmaceuticals currently has four product candidates, two of which are in phase I clinical trials for the treatment of high cholesterolnd and to expand its pipeline, QUATRx has acquired Finnish pharmaceuticals firm Hormos Medical. QuatRx Pharmaceuticals expects to sell 6.0 million shares in the $11.00 - $13.00 range. Banc of America Securities LLC is the lead underwriter.
