QTRX - QuatRx Pharmaceuticals Company (http://www.quatrx.com) QUATRx Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company, is focused on discovering, licensing, developing and commercializing compounds in the endocrine, metabolic and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. The company acquires compounds in the pre-clinical stage from other companies and academic institutions and takes them through clinical studies. QUATRx Pharmaceuticals currently has four product candidates, two of which are in phase I clinical trials for the treatment of high cholesterolnd and to expand its pipeline, QUATRx has acquired Finnish pharmaceuticals firm Hormos Medical. QuatRx Pharmaceuticals expects to sell 6.0 million shares in the $11.00 - $13.00 range. Banc of America Securities LLC is the lead underwriter.

DK - Delek US Holdings, Inc. (http://www.mapcoexpress.com) Delek US Holdings (dba MAPCO Express) is a diversified energy business focused on petroleum refining and supply (has a Texas refinery) and on retail marketing (350 convenience store/gas stations under the MAPCO Express, East Coast, and Discount Food Mart banners in the southeastern US). Delek US Holdings expects to sell 10.0 million shares in the $14.00 - $16.00 range. Lehman Brothers Inc. is the lead underwriter.

NOVC - Novacea, Inc. (http://www.novacea.com) Novacea is a biopharmaceutical company focused on licensing, developing and commercializing novel therapies for the treatment of cancer. Its drug candidates aim to fight non-small cell prostate cancer, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and advanced solid tumors. Novacea expects to sell 6.25 million shares in the $11.00 - $13.00 range. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. is the lead underwriter.

DCP - DynCorp International Inc. (http://www.dyn-intl.com) DynCorp International is a provider of specialized mission-critical outsourced technical services to civilian and military government agencies. DynCorp’s Field Technical Services division provides engineering and maintenance services for aircraft, support equipment, and weapons systems while the Technical Services division provides base operations, drug eradication, law enforcement training, logistics, and security services. DynCorp International expects to sell 25.0 million shares in the $15.00 - $17.00 range. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the lead underwriter.

NSTR - Northstar Neuroscience, Inc. (http://www.northstarneuro.com) Northstar Neuroscience is a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing novel neurostimulation therapies for a broad range of neurological diseases and disorders. The company is developing an implantable electrical stimulation device for stroke patients that Northstar believes will improve the speed and level at which a patient recovers the use of a hand or arm. Northstar Neuroscience expects to sell 6.0 million shares in the $12.00 - $14.00 range. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead underwriter.
