For the week, some were up and some were down. The FED raised from 4.5% to 4.75% with no hint that raises were about to end. Oil was also up, closing the week at $66.63 per barrel. Down were the DOW and the S&P 500. The range for the S&P 500 for a while now has been 1295 - 1310. So whats in store, Up or Down? That is the $64 question.
