Himax Technologies designs, develops and markets semiconductors that are critical components of FT-LCD flat-panel displays used in wireless phones, televisions, portable DVD players, car navigation systems, and video cameras. Himax Technologies expects to sell 52.0 million shares in the $7.50 - $9.00 range.

China GrenTech is a provider of customized wireless coverage and radio frequency (RF) technology products / services in China. The companies products enable clients to transmit and receive signals and expand wireless communication networks to areas with weak coverage (Buildings, highways, railways, tunnels, remote regions). China GrenTech also provides installation, connection, and testing services. China GrenTech expects to sell 6.25 million shares in the $14 - $16 range.
