iSpeculate (First Top Ten) for Q2-05
20 August 2005The stocks listed below are from the iSpeculate list which many stocks screen into. So to get the best performing stocks here I use the first ten stocks that have “spc higher than the previous quarter”. Performance was based on earnings release to earnings release (except MYGN which hasn’t yet reported) and delivered a whopping average gain of +30.87%. There was one meltdown, but looking at its chart I’d guess most people would have bailed early on when it fell through its trendline on heavy volume.

AAI - AirTran Holdings: +35.7%
MOBI - Mobius Management Systems, Inc: -1.0%
NURO - NeuroMetrix, Inc.: +104%
MLNM - Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.: +18.6%
BTRX - Barrier Therapeutics, Inc.: -44.7%
CERS - Cerus Corporation: +82%
MYGN - Myriad Genetics, Inc.: +.65% (thru 8/19/05)
PKS - Six Flags Inc: +28.9%
UPDATE: MYGN reported earnings on 8/24/05 and finished the quarter with a +13.80% gain!
