Today (7/28/05) BJS - BJ Services Co. announced a 2 for 1 stock split payable September 1, 2005. Its current share price is $61.05 (2:38PM ET, down $0.05). The company also announced a dividend increase of 25% bringing the quarterly dividend to .05 per share from .04 per share on a post split basis.
