VIGN - Vignette Corp. Announces Reverse Stock Split

Today (5/31/05) VIGN - Vignette Corp. announced plans to effect a 1 for 10 reverse stock split. The reverse split will take effect June 10, 2005. Vignette’s common stock will trade under the symbol VIGND for 20 days to designate that it is trading on the basis of a post-reverse split.

PARS - Pharmos Corporation Announces Reverse Stock Split

Today (5/31/05) PARS - Pharmos Corporation announced a 1 for 5 reverse stock split which is also effective today. Beginning today, the Company’s common stock will trade under the symbol PARSD for 20 days to designate that it is trading on the basis of a post-reverse split.
