NST - NSTAR Announces Stock Split

Yesterday (4/28/05) NST - NSTAR announced a 2 for 1 stock split payable June 3, 2005. It closed yesterday at $53.92 , down $0.57. Its current share price is $53.97 (3:22PM ET,up $0.05).
