WEFN - WebFinancial Corporation Announces Reverse Stock Split

Last Friday (3/25/05) WEFN - WebFinancial Corporation announced a 1 for 4 reverse stock split payable April 5, 2005. After the reverse split, shares will trade on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under it’s current symbol “WEFN”. It closed today (3/28/05) at $2.25, down $0.03.
