ORCT - Orckit Communications Ltd. Announces Stock Split

Today (2/28/05) ORCT - Orckit Communications Ltd. announced today that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split pending shareholder approval in early April, 2005. It closed today at $52.55, up $5.41.
