DSWL - Deswell Industries, Inc. Announces Stock Split

Today (2/22/05) DSWL - Deswell Industries, Inc. announced a 3 for 2 stock split payable March 29, 2005. It’s current share price is $27.11 (2:40PM ET, up $2.96). It also announced some pretty good earnings this morning with earnings up 19% and sales up 46%. DSWL share price is now near a 52 week high of $27.73.
