Volatility Indices Hit 52 Week Lows

Yesterday the Volatility Indices ^VXO, ^VIX and ^VXN all hit intraday 52 week and I think closing lows (I didn’t check the closing numbers). That must mean something. SPY is at the top of it’s dowtrend channel with resistance looming at 115. See Volatility intraday lows below.
