Spark of Fear?

On Wednesday (9/15/04) we got our first glimpse of fear in ^VXO in the form of a large white candle coming off a close at 13.55. Now we watch for MACD to cross over on the daily chart.That will be the signal to short the markets using a leveraged, 2x inverse Index Mutual Fund.
