Rally Top?

Well ^VXO - 13.91, ^VIX - 13.91 and ^VXN - 21.06 all ran into low territory today with numbers that have marked other rally tops this year. The Markets are looking extended and ripe for a pullback. The question is how far back? Or can they keep grinding higher? History says a pullback is in order.
